Dr. Ruth W. Smith is the President of the Jimmie Smith Community Center. She was instrumental in fulfilling her late husband's dream. The center will be used exclusively for Sports, Education and Entertainment (S.E.E.). JLSCC is a 501 c 3 Not for profit corporation.
